Mentor-Mentee Program
This is a great program that will allow mentors from multiple fields (government, academia or industry) to share their knowledge and experiences and provide insights and guidance to mentees (graduate students, postdoc etc.) in their career planning and professional development.
It provides an excellent opportunity for mentees to connect with mentors through CAFPNA and results in a win-win relationship. As a mentee, once you sign up for this program, you will be matched with a mentor from an appropriate area depending on your interest and future career plan. As a mentor, you will get a chance to adapt and refresh your knowledge during mentoring and could help spot potential future talent as well.
This program lasts all year long usually starting from September until the following June. The sign-up survey is delivered through CAFPNA email list.
